This delicious Cranberry Apple Crisp recipe is perfect for after dinner desserts. Also great serve A La Mode with ice cream or frozen yogurt. ;)

Preperation Time: 10 min
Total Time: 40 min
Makes:  8 servings.

You need:

  • 3 cups apples, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup stick butter, melted

Preperation

  1. Combine apples, cranberries, and 1 cup sugar in an ungreased 10-inch glass pie plate.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together flour, pecans, butter and 1/2 cup sugar. Sprinkle mixture over top of the apples and cranberries.
  3. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven approximately 50-60 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.
  4. Makes 8 servings.
