New Year's day is fast approaching, and this is one of the dishes I like to prepare for dinner when we have family over.

Preperation Time: 25 min
Total Time: 45 min
Makes:  4 servings.

You need:

  • 2 tbsp margarine or butter 
  • 1 small onion, sliced 
  • 1 can Campbell's Condensed Broccoli Cheese Soup 
  • 1/3 cup milk 
  • 1/8 tsp pepper 
  • 4 medium potatoes thinly sliced
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled   

Preperation

  1. Melt margarine in large skillet over medium heat. Cook onion until tender. 
  2. Stir in soup, milk and pepper. Add potatoes; stir. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low. 
  3. Cover cook 5 minutes or until hot, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with bacon.
